成人高校教师一般教学知识培养中的问题与对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures in the Cultivation of Teachers' General Teaching Knowledge

在"互联网+教育"的社会大背景下,研究成人高校教师在一般教学过程中遇到的问题与需要进行的转变,并提出相应对策,是对教师专业化的有力推动,也是对成人教育体系不断完善的实践探索。教师的一般教学知识问题主要体现在教学内容、教学方法、教学过程与教学组织这四个方面。同时,提出四大对策:对不同的教学内容归类从而确定教学组织形式、明确教学内容与教材的界定、教师进行常规性教学实践性反思与案例研究、重视板书的运用。

Under the social background of the Internet plus education,this paper studies the problems in adult college teachers' general teaching and the changes they need,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which is a strong impetus to the specialization of teachers,and also a practical exploration to improve the adult education system. The general knowledge of teachers is mainly reflected in four aspects: teaching content,teaching method,teaching process and teaching organization. Four countermeasures are put forward: classification of different teaching contents to determine the form of teaching organization,clear distinction of the teaching content and teaching material,practical reflection and case study of teachers' routine teaching and attaching importance to blackboard writing.
