加强大学新生思想政治教育的针对性与有效性探析

Analysis of the Pertinence and Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for Freshmen

大学新生思想政治教育是我国高校大学生思想政治工作的一个重要组成部分。作为刚走入大学校园的新生,他们人格与心理等方面都还处于发展阶段,大学对于他们来说还较为陌生,充满着未知和不确定性,他们的思想观念、行为模式都极其容易受到不良因素的影响。因此,高校应该把大学新生的思想政治教育作为大学生思想政治教育的重点,根据新生的自身发展情况和性格特点,制定相应的、具有针对性的教育方式方法,从而提高思想政治教育的有效性。

The ideological and political education of college freshmen is an important part of the ideological and political work of college students in China. As newcomers of the university campus,they are still at the development stage of personality and psychology. The university is still strange for them,full of the unknown and uncertainty,with their thoughts and behavior patterns extremely vulnerable to the adverse factors. Therefore,colleges should put the ideological and political education of freshmen as the focus of ideological and political education of college students,and according to their development situation and characteristics,correspondingly develop targeted education methods so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
