兰州市城关区孕产妇保健工作质量的综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation of quality of maternal health care in Chengguan District of Lanzhou

目的评价兰州市城关区近年来孕产妇保健工作的开展情况和工作质量,为妇幼卫生相关政策的制定提供参考依据。方法采用秩和比法,以2001-2016年兰州市城关区孕产妇保健服务和生命质量相关指标为基础,对孕产妇保健工作质量进行综合评价。结果 2001-2016年兰州市城关区孕产妇保健工作质量逐年改善,孕产妇保健服务指标值逐渐增大,生命质量相关指标值均逐渐减小;综合评价结果显示,2005年孕产妇保健工作质量较差,2011年、2012年工作质量相对较好,排名位于上档。结论 16年来,兰州市城关区孕产妇保健工作取得了一定的成效,但仍需加强薄弱环节的建设。

Objective To evaluate the implementation and quality of maternal health care work in Chengguan District of Lanzhou in recent years,provide a reference basis for making related policies of maternal and child health care.Methods Rank sum ratio method was used to evaluate the quality of maternal health care comprehensively based on related indicators of maternal health care service and life quality in Chengguan District of Lanzhou from 2001 to 2016.Results In Chengguan District of Lanzhou from 2001 to 2016,quality of maternal health care was improved year by year,the levels of maternal health care service indicators increased gradually,the levels of life quality indicators decreased gradually.The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the quality of maternal health care in 2005 was poor,which was relatively good in 2011 and 2012.Conclusion From 2001 to 2016,maternal health care in Chengguan District of Lanzhou achieved a certain effect,but the construction of weak links still need to be strengthened.
