非梗阻性无精子症患者姐妹染色单体互换频率的观察

Observation on the frequency of sister chromatid exchange in patients with non-obstructive azoospermia

摘要 目的探讨外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换(SCE)频率与非梗阻性无精子症(NOA)形成的相关性,为进行病因学研究和采取干预措施打下基础。方法对30例NOA患者及20例已经生育的男性,按照外周血淋巴细胞SCE检测方法进行培养检测,分别计数SCE频率。结果实验组SCE频率为8.39±1.58%;对照组为5.17±0.53%,两组对比差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论 NOA患者的外周血淋巴细胞SCE频率明显增高,表明其染色体具有不稳定性。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between the frequency of sister chromatid exchange(SCE)and the formation of non-obstructive azoospermia(NOA)in peripheral blood lymphocytes,and to lay the foundation for the study of etiology and intervention.Methods:Thirty patients with NOA and 20 males who had been born were examined by SCE detection method.The frequency of SCE was counted respectively.Results:The frequency of SCE was 8.39±1.58% in the experimental group and 5.17±0.53% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The frequency of SCE in peripheral blood lymphocytes of NOA patients is significantly higher,indicating that the chromosomes are unstable.
