摘要
目的探讨单脐动脉(SUA)缺失侧别及与胎儿先天畸形发生的关系。方法采用计算机检索2000~2017年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP-维普)、万方-数字化期刊全文库,并辅以文献追溯的方法,收集国内公开发表的有关SUA缺失侧别与胎儿先天畸形关系的相关文献。应用Rev Man 5.3.5软件进行Meta分析。结果将11个研究结果加权合并,累计SUA病例1534例,其中左脐动脉缺失778例(50.7%),右脐动脉缺失756例(49.3%);共发现先天畸形儿628例,其中左脐动脉缺失284例(45.2%),右脐动脉缺失344例(54.8%)。合并OR=1.43(95%CI:1.03~2.00)。结论 SUA胎儿左侧与右侧脐动脉缺失的检出率相近;。
Objective:To determine the absent side of a single umbilical artery(SUA)and its association with fetal congenital malformations.Methods:We searched literatures about the relationship between the absent side of SUA and fetal malformations in CNKI,VIP,and WAN FANG database,which were published from 2000 to 2017.The Rev Man 5.3.5 was used to analyze them.Results:Results of 11 studies were weighted.There were 1534 cases of identified SUA.The left side was absent in 778(50.7%)and the right side in 756(49.3%)fetuses.284(45.2%)out of 628 fetuses with malformations had an absent left umbilical artery and 344(54.8%)an absent right umbilical artery.The odds ratio was 1.43(95%CI:1.03~2.00).Conclusion:Our data suggest that in fetuses with SUA,the absence of umbilical artery seems to be equal on each side.a significant association between a right AUA and fetal congenital malformations was identified.
