胚胎培养密度对胚胎发育潜能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of embryo microdrop volume on developmental potential of in vitro fertilized embryos

摘要 目的探讨在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术中胚胎培养密度对胚胎发育潜能的影响。方法选取应用延时摄像技术进行胚胎微滴聚集培养的119个周期为研究对象,以同期同条件的IVF/ICSI常规培养患者119个周期为对照组,比较两组胚胎培养结果的差异;同时比较微滴聚集培养9孔与16孔培养结果。结果微滴聚集培养的胚胎培养方式与常规培养方式比较,卵裂率、D3优质胚胎率、囊胚形成率、优质囊胚率、临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率(分别为98.2%、58.6%、54.1%、31.5%、57.9%,48.5%VS 97.1%、59.0%、49.6%、33.9%、60.9%、50.5%)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。9孔与16孔D3优胚率有显著性差异(分别为55.7%VS63.5%,P<0.05),其余卵裂率、囊胚形成率、优质囊胚率、临床妊娠率和胚胎种植率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胚胎培养密度(1-16个/30μl)的胚胎发育潜能相似,延时摄像技术采用的微滴聚集培养与常规传统培养可以获得相似的培养效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of microdrop volume of embryo culture on embryo development potential of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods:119 IVF-ET cycles of embryonic group culture were collected as study group and studied by time-lapse imaging.The other 119 IVF-ET cycles,treated with conventional IVF/ICSI at the same period were collected as control group.The differences of embryo quality between the two groups were compared.The embryo quality in 9-pore group culture and 16-pore group culture were also compared.Results:There was no difference between the embryo group culture group and routine culture group in the cleavage rate,D3 high quality embryo rate,blastocyst formation rate,high quality blastocyst rate,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate(98.2%、58.6%、54.1%、31.5%、57.9%,48.5% VS 97.1%、59.0%、49.6%、33.9%、60.9%、50.5%).There is difference in D3 high quality embryo rate between 9-pore group culture and 16-pore group,but no difference in cleavage rate,blastocyst formation rate,high quality blastocyst rate,clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate.Conclusion:Microdrop volume between 1.87-30μl have similar effect on developmental potential of in vitro fertilized embryos.Similar culture effects could be obtained by group culture in combination with time-lapse photography and conventional culture.
