摘要
对酸法制胶工艺采用单因素法及正交试验设计法研究的结果表明:猪皮浸酸所用盐酸浓度0.2mol/L,浸酸5～7 h,绝对液体系数1.0～1.4,煮胶温度55℃,时间6～8 h,能提高头道胶的得率和浓度。
Using single-factor method and orthogonal-design to optimize theconditions of the acid digestion process for manufacture of hide-gelatin,to getgelatin both in yield and concentration to the maximum,the parameters havebeen selected as follows:concentraction of HCl 0.2 mol/L,acid-soaking time 5～7h,absolute liquid coefficient 1.0～1.4,temperature and time of first digestioncourse 55℃ and 6～8h.
