摘要 气相色谱离子迁移谱仪是一种基于气相色谱和离子迁移谱联用技术的新型仪器,兼具气相色谱的高分离能力和离子迁移谱的高灵敏度,同时它采用静态顶空进样方式,真正做到了对于痕量挥发性有机物准确、无损检测。食用植物油是人类生活所必须的基础食物之一,富含多种人体健康所必须的营养成分。然而食用植物油在生产加工过程中容易出现溶剂残留、储藏运输过程中容易出现氧化变质以及销售过程中容易出现掺假掺杂等质量问题,因此,适合食用植物油检测的简便、快速、准确、灵敏的技术方法亟待开发。本文从当前食用植物油研究现状、气相色谱离子迁移谱仪的使用原理和技术特点、数据处理方法几个方面对气相色谱离子迁移谱仪研究食用植物油品质的可行性进行了深度分析。 The gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS) is a novel instrument, combining the high separating capability of gas chromatography(GC) and the high sensitivity of ion mobility spectrometry(IMS), which is based on gas chromatography and ion mobility spectrometry. Because of using static headspace sampling, it fulfills accurate and non-destructive determination of the trace of volatile organic compounds. Edible vegetable oil is one of the basic and necessary foods for human life, and rich in a variety of essential nutrients. However, in the production process it is prone to residue solvent, in the transportation process it is prone to oxidize, and in the sale process it is prone to adulterate and so on. Therefore, a simple, quick, accurate and sensitive detection method for edible vegetable oil is necessary. This paper analyzed the feasibility of edible vegetable oil quality determination based on GC-IMS from the principle and technical characteristics of GC-IMS, the current status of edible vegetable oil quality determination and the data processing method.
