阳泉矿区复杂困难巷道支护技术研究及工程应用 被引量:6

摘要 针对阳泉矿区15~#煤层地质条件恶劣、应力高、巷道围岩变形大、复杂困难巷道比例高的问题,提出了高预应力强力锚杆支护系统。以地质力学测试为基础,研发高强度锚杆支护材料,采用高效的高预应力施工机具,通过大幅提高锚杆支护系统初始预紧力,实现支护系统的高刚度,保持巷道围岩完整性和稳定性。采用数值模拟方法,研究15~#煤层在采用沿顶板和沿底板不同布置条件下巷道围岩应力和塑性破坏情况。研究结果表明,高预紧力强力锚杆支护系统成功解决阳泉矿区不同类型复杂困难巷道支护难题,巷道变形破坏情况明显好转,并在阳泉矿区得到了大范围的推广和应用。 Based on the poor geological condition, high stress, large deformation of roadway and high proportion of complex and difficult roadway in Yangquan mining area, high pretension strong bolt support system was used. Based on geological mechanics test, high strength bolting materials and high efficient pretension construction equipment were conducted and developed. The initial pretension of bolt support system was greatly improved, the high stiffness of the support system was improved, the integrity and stability of the surrounding rock were realized. The numerical simulation method was used to study the stress and plastic damage of surrounding rock in No. 15 coal roadway under different layout conditions along roof and floor. The research result showed that the high pretension strong bolt support system successfully solved the problems of support technology of complex and difficult roadway in Yangquan min!ng area, the deformation and failure of roadway had been significantly mitigated, and this technology had heen widely popularized and applied in Yangquan mining area.
