综放开采回风上山加固技术研究

摘要 基于显德旺煤矿已有的煤层地质条件,针对一采区上方的总回风上山在工作面回采期间变形破坏严重导致原巷道支护不能满足使用要求的问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟的方法确定了垮落带和导水裂缝带高度。分析表明上山巷道在冒落带、裂隙带之上,处于弯曲下沉带内,下方工作面开采对回风上山的超前影响距离为15~25m。采用MSAS开采沉陷分析系统,建立了岩层移动模型对开采区域地表移动和变形进行计算分析,分析表明,在上山两侧不放顶煤时,对巷道破坏的影响程度降低,并据此设计了巷道加固方案,确定了加固超前距离。 Based on the conditions of Xiandewang Coal Mine, aiming at the disabled roadway supporting problem of main air-return rise entry above No. 1 panel caused by the severe deformation and fracture during mining, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods were used for the determination of heights of caving zone and water flowing fracture zone. The results showed that the rise entry was above the caving zone and fracture zone and in the curve subsidence zone, the advanced influence distance of nether working face min- ing on air-return rise entry was 15-25 m. The MSAS mining subsidence analysis system established the strata movement model to calcu- late and analyze the surface movement and deformation on the mining area. The analysis results showed that when there were no caving face on both sides of rise entry, the influence degree on the roadway damage was reduced, and based on the results, roadway strengthening scheme was designed and the advanced strengthening distance was determined.
