煤泥对SAF的吸附特性及其对煤泥浆性能的影响

摘要 选取枣庄煤泥和朱家卯煤为研究对象,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)表征了枣庄煤泥的矿物组成和表面组成特征,通过吸附试验研究了枣庄煤泥对SAF的吸附机理,并探究了枣庄煤泥添加量对浆体性能的影响。试验结果表明,枣庄煤泥的矿物质主要是高岭石和石英石,且表面存在大量的缔合羟基;枣庄煤泥和朱家卯煤对SAF的吸附均为Langmuir单分子层吸附,且枣庄煤泥符合Lagergen一级模型,朱家卯煤接近Lagergen二级模型;煤泥的组成特征使得枣庄煤泥和朱家卯煤对SAF的吸附强度接近,但吸附量相差较大,浆体中枣庄煤泥的含量会影响朱家卯煤的分散效果;随着枣庄煤泥掺量增加,浆体体系浓度降低,Zeta电位下降,稳定性增强。 Zaozhuang coal slime (ZZCS) and Zhujiamao coal (ZJMC) were research objects. The authors characterized mineral composition and surface composition of coal slime basing upon XRD and FTIR spectrometer, studied adsorption mechanism of ZZCS on SAF by adsorption experiment, and explored the effect of ZZCS additive amount on the properties of slurry. The results showed that minerals of ZZCS were mainly kaolinite and quartz and a large number of hydroxyl groups on the surface, the adsorp- tion of SAF by ZZCS and ZJMC were both Langmuir monolayer, ZZCS was consistent with the level 1 Lagergen model and ZJMC was consistent with the level 2 Lagergen model, component characteristics of coal slime made ZZCS was more closer than ZJMC in SAF absorption strength but had large differences of absorbing capaeity and the content of ZZCS in the slurry would impact dispersion effect of ZJMC, when the admixture amount of ZZCS increased, the concentration of slurry system decreased, the Zeta potential decreased and the stability increased
