摘要
延迟退休对我国劳动力供给市场存在着长期性、短期性、正面性与负面性的多方面影响。正面影响是延长人力资本回收期,增加适龄劳动人口;负面影响是阻碍就业进程,不利于供给市场的良性发展;长期影响在于缓解劳动力不足;短期影响在于弱化老年劳动者地位。因此,需要从"弹性"角度、权利保障角度与统筹兼顾角度,推动延迟退休政策发展,促进我国劳动力供给市场的可持续发展。
Through in-depth analysis of China's late retirement policy in the context of aging, it is found that the late retirement has a long-term, short-term, positive and negative impact on China's labor supply market. The positive effect is to extend the human capital recovery period, increase in the working age population; the negative influence is hindering the process of employment, is not conducive to the benign development of market supply; long term effect is to ease the shortage of labor; short-term effect is weakening the position of labor aged. Under this background, in order to strengthen the positive impact of delay retirement, avoid the negative impact of delay retirement, we have to promote the delay retirement policy development from the "elastic" angle and overall security needs, and promote the sustainable development of labor market in China.
