摘要 文章认为农业供给侧结构性改革的根本目标是实现农产品的有效供给,提升农产品市场竞争力。品牌是驱动农产品有效供给,提升农产品附加值和市场竞争力的利器,实施品牌战略导向的农业供给侧结构性改革是我国农业供给侧结构性改革的有效路径。品牌导向的农业供给侧结构性改革是一项长期性和系统性战略工程,需要从国家顶层制度设计、"企业家型"人才培养、新兴农业产业培育、农产品新品种繁育和新产品研发、国际化品牌龙头企业培育、区域农产品品牌打造等方面系统推进。 This paper believes that the basic goal of agricultural supply side reform is to realize the effective supply of agricultural products, and enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products market. Brand is an effective tool to drive the effective supply of agricultural products, increase the added value of agricultural products and market competitiveness. It is an effective path for the reform of the agricultural supply side with implementing the reform of the agricultural supply side guided by brand strategy in China. Brand oriented agricultural supply side reform is a long-term strategy and system engineering. It includes the designing from the national toplevel system, entrepreneurial talent cultivation, cultivation of new agricultural industry, agricultural products breeding new varieties and new product development, brand internationalization cultivating leading enterprises, regional agricultural products brand building aspects of propulsion system.
