山区在经济弱势中储藏着巨大的绿色优势,交通弱势中储藏着丰富的文化优势,"精神贫困"中储藏着积极的变革优势。山区农业供给侧改革,要以优势特色为突破口,着力推进农业提质增效;以科技创新为原动力,推进农业的可持续发展;壮大新产业、新业态,延长农业产业链、价值链;补齐农业农村短板,夯实山区共享发展基础。

The economic weakness of the mountainous area has the green advantage, the weakness of transportation in mountainous area has the cultural advantage, and the ＂spiritual poverty＂ has the advantage of reform. The reform of the agricultural supply side in mountainous area should use the advantageous industry as the breakthrough, and promote the improvement of agriculture in quality and efficiency. We should take scientific and technological innovation as the driving force to promote the sustainable development of agriculture, strengthen the new industry and the new business state, extend short boards in agriculture and rural areas and consolidate the foundation for the agricultural industry chain and value chain, make up the short boards in agriculture and rural areas and consolidate the foundation for sharing development in mountainous areas.
