全球共同利益视阈下的中小学德育课程改革思考 被引量:4

摘要 全球化已经成为一种常态,它的影响是全方位的。世界各国在今天有了超越过去一切时代的密切联系和交往。这既带来了机遇,也形成了挑战,制造了困境。如何利用机遇,超越困境便是世界各国面临的重要课题。联合国教科文组织在此背景之下发布了第三份全球性报告《反思教育:向全球共同利益转变?》。对全球共同利益从概念、内涵到特点进行认真的解读,并运用全球共同利益这一理念分析当前中小学德育课程改革中存在的诸种问题,对如何在全球共同利益理念之下实现新的中小学德育课程改革进行研究,明确提出了中小学德育课程改革的方法论导向,强调了全球化背景之下的民族性坚守以及具体的操作性措施。 Globalization has become a norm, and its impact is comprehensive. Nowadays, all nations in the world have a closer contact and communication than before. This, however, brings not only opportunities but also challenges and dilemma. Therefore, how to make use of the opportunity and overcome the dilemma is an important task for all the nations in the world. In this context, UNESCO has released the third global reports Rethinking Education: Towards a Global Common Good? The author carefully inter- preted the global common good from its concept, meaning and features, and used it to analyze the problems in current moral education curriculum reform in elementary and secondary schools and investigated how to conduct new moral education curriculum reform from the perspective of global common good. The author put forward the methodological orientation for the curriculum reform and emphasized the adherence to nationality and specific operational measures.
