再论梁启超与北京师范大学

梁启超是北京师范大学(以下简称"北师大")校史上绕不过去的人物之一,在北师大的建立和发展的三个关键性节点上做出了重大贡献。他不但为中国近代师范教育开辟了思想先路,而且在创立中国近代师范教育体系的早期代表者——京师大学堂师范馆上功不可没。更难能可贵的是,在高等师范教育面临发展转型的关头,梁氏出任首届董事长,有效地稳定了风雨飘摇的北师大,指明了发展方向。不唯如此,梁氏亲执教鞭,培育人才,提高了北师大的学术水平和社会声望。梁启超也因之成为中国师范教育史上至关重要的规划者和保护人。
