摘要
目的旨在探讨EQ-5D问卷采用不同的方法测量生命质量结果不一致产生的原因,拟消除这些因素,期望得到相对一致的结果。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取300名医学生作为样本,要求其对18个健康状态进行测评。通过计算机辅助进行三次EQ-5D测评,每种方法间隔72小时,应用STATA/SE 12.0软件构建OLS、WLS多重线性回归模型。结果六个模型预测值之间的相关系数在0.9969~0.9999之间,模型评分曲线接近、几乎重叠,走势相同。结论在应答者理解力强、依从性好、测量结果实时反馈等条件下,三种生命质量测量的方法可以得出较为一致的结果。在条件受限的普通人群生命质量测评中,应该选用简单、易行的方法来获得更可靠的结果,如VAS。
Objective EQ-5D questionnaire was measured using different methods and the results were not consistent. The purpose of this study was to explore the reasons for the differences, and to eliminate these factors. We expect to produce relatively consistent results. Methods In a cluster random sampling method,300 medical students were selected as samples to evaluate 18 health states. All respondents conducted the three EQ-5D evaluation in the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI). Evaluation interval of each method for 72 hours. The OLS and WLS multivariate linear regression models were constructed by STATA/SE 12.0 software. Results The correlation coefficients between the two models of Modell - Model6 were from 0. 9969 to 0. 9999,and the score curves were similar and almost overlap,the trend was same. Conclusion Under the conditions of strong understanding ability, good compliance, and real-time feedback of the measurement results, the three methods of life quality measurement can get consistent results. We should choose the simple method to obtain more reliable results in the life quality assessment of the general population with limited conditions, such as VAS.
