A Brief Discussion on the Cable Laying of Aircraft Modification Test

线缆敷设设计作为民机测试改装的重要组成部分,正日益成为行业的关注焦点。从"行业规范"、"一体化"、"分阶段设计"和"线缆规划"四个方面提出了线缆敷设设计改进之策:(1)在设计中不断探索,在实践中完成检验,正式建立行业规范;(2)推进"一体化"设计思路,顺应适航要求、保证系统安全、统筹设计资源;(3)划分为初步设计阶段和详细设计阶段,有条不紊地提高敷设质量;(4)合理规划线缆分离面、安装图和设计图,化解后期可能产生的连带问题。

Harness routing design is one of the most important parts of aircraft modification test. Even more, it has been paid attention to by the public and the industry. Four aspects are focused： （1） ＂Rules＂： To format preliminary industry rules and improve the rules during design and practice to finish the final industry regulation; （2） ＂Integration＂： To advance the ＂integration＂ design method, satisfy the requirements of airworthiness, ensure the system security, and collect design resources; （3） ＂Design by phase＂： To distribute the design into preliminary design phase and detailed design phase, to improve the harness routing quality step by step; （4） ＂Cable planning＂： To rationally plan the parting surface of harness, installation drawing and design drawing, to avoid problems interacting each other.
