高职人才培养的困境及对策——基于多元智能理论的视角

摘要 多元智能理论与我国全面推进素质教育的育人理念紧密相关,并对我国高职人才的培养产生了较大影响。近年来我国高职教育的办学过程中,出现定位适当、层次单一、特色缺失、技术技能教育被淡化等一系列问题,严重制约了高职人才的职业生涯发展。在多元智能理论下,要更新高职教育发展观念、加强高职教育师资队伍建设、创新高职教育评价体系、革新高职人才培养模式,以此推进高职人才培养质量的不断提升。 The theory of multiple intelligences is closely related to the idea of promoting the quality education in China,and has a great influence on the training of talents in higher vocational education. In recent years,in the process of running higher vocational education in our country,a series of problems have appeared,such as proper orientation,single level,lack of features,and weakening of technical education,which seriously restricts the innovation and development of higher vocational education. Under the guidance of multiple intelligence theory,it is of great significance to put forward feasible development strategies according to the development predicament of higher vocational education.
