German Educational Aid and Enlightenments to China——A Case Study of Educational Aid to African Countries

摘要德国对外援助及教育援助的现状及发展,并以德国对非洲的教育援助政策为例,分析了德国对非洲教育援助的背景、原因、原则及具体实施方法。文章结合我国的基本国情提出了我国对非洲教育援助的一些启示。 By taking Africa for example,this paper analyzes the background,reasons,principles and implementations of German educational aid strategy in Africa and provides enlightenments for China＇s educational aid in Africa in light of our country＇s fundamental realities.
