基于“工匠精神”的专家型辅导员心理素质提升路径探究

"工匠精神"不仅是职业教育的灵魂,更是高职教育教书育人的核心目标。当代社会的改革、发展以及各项目标的实现都离不开"工匠精神"。高校辅导员作为教书育人的一线工作者,在日常工作和管理中,只有充分发挥"工匠精神",坚持以学生为本,创新工作形式,才能更好地完成学生教育管理工作。拥有良好心理素质的辅导员对大学生起到显著的示范引导作用,是开展各项工作的保障。辅导员的人格魅力、意志品质、兴趣爱好和言行举止等,既客观地反映了他们自身的内心世界,又会对大学生造成广泛影响。提升基于"工匠精神"专家型辅导员心理素质,能够促进辅导员全面发展。

＂The Spirit of the Craftsman＇ is not only the soul of the vocational education,but also the core goal of teaching and educating people in higher vocational education. The reform and development of the contemporary society and the realization of all the goals can not be separated from the ＇Craftsman Spirit＇. As a front-line worker in teaching and educating people,college counselors need to give full play to the spirit of craftsman in their daily work and management,adhere to studentoriented and innovative work forms,so as to do a better job in student education and management.Furthermore,the counselors with good psychological quality play a significant role in guiding college students and are the guarantee of various work. The personality charisma,willpower,interest and behavior of counselors not only reflect their inner world objectively,but also have a wide impact on college students. Therefore,this paper explores the way to promote the psychological quality of the expert counselor based on the ＂Craftsman Spirit＂ and promote the all-round development of the counselors.
