摘要
在甲酰胺、氯化钾和水的混合溶液中,采用液相等离子电解技术在阴极对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行表面改性。直流和脉冲电压下试样表面均得到了含有C、O、N三种元素的膜层。直流电压下膜层厚度与硬度随直流电压与处理时间的增加而增加,在220 V时处理20 min能够得到约100μm的膜层,膜层中最大硬度达到1287.8 HV0.1。脉冲电压下,膜层厚度同样随脉冲电压的增加而增加,但是膜层剥落现象较为严重。
Ceramic coating containing Ti( C, N) and TiO2 was prepared on the surface of Ti-6A1-4V titanium alloy by plasma electrolytictechnology(PET) in solution composed of formamide, KC1 and water, under both direct and pulse voltage. The coating thickness andhardness increase with the increase of direct voltage and processing time. At 220 V DC, the layer thickness reaches to 100 m alter 20minutes processing and the hardness reaches to 1287.8 HV0.1. Under the pulse voltage, the coating thickness increases with the wltage,but the layer is easy to peel off from the matrix.
