摘要
采用显微硬度计、光学显微镜以及透射电镜分析了氮对含0.06%~0.10%C(质量分数)铝镇静镀锡板再结晶温度的影响规律。结果表明,随着钢中N含量的提高,再结晶温度呈提高的趋势。当N含量从约0.0020%提高到约0.0050%时,再结晶温度T50将从570~580℃,提高到590℃,提高幅度10~20℃。再结晶温度提高的原因与钢中N含量提高导致AlN析出物增多,阻碍再结晶有关。
Influence of nitrogen on the recrystallization temperature of aluminum killed tinplates with 0.06% 43.10% C (mass fraction) was analyzed by microhardness tester, optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the recrystallization temperature tends to increase with the increase of nitrogen content in steel. When the nitrogen content is increased from about 0. 0020% to about 0. 0050% , the recrystallization temperature is increased from 570-580 ℃ to 590 ℃, increased by 10-20 ℃. The reason is that the increase in nitrozen content of the steel leads to an increase in the amount of A1N precipitates, which hinders recrvstallization.
