射流式加热技术及其在铝合金加热炉上的应用 被引量:4

Jet heating technology and its application in heating furnace for aluminum alloy

摘要 根据铝合金材料加热特点,对现有导流板式热风循环加热炉进行了结构改造,开发出射流式加热技术。结果表明:与传统热风循环加热相比,射流式加热炉具有加热速度快、炉温均匀性好等特点,可将铝合金加热温度均匀性控制在±3℃,且缩减工艺时间46.6%左右。 According to the heating characteristics of the aluminum alloy material, the structure of the existing baffle hot air circulation heating furnace has been reformed to develop the jet heating technology. The results show that compared with the traditional hot air circulation heating, jet heating furnace has the advantages of fast heating rate, good uniformity of temperature. It can control the temperature uniformity of furnace to ±3℃ for aluminum alloy heat treatment and reduce the processing time by 46.6%.
