摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、万能试验机和导电仪测试分析了在8030铝合金中添加不同含量的Cu和稀土对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,随着Cu和稀土含量的增加,铝合金抗拉强度有所提高,但导电率随着Cu含量增加先上升后下降,随稀土量的增加略微下降。当加入0.35%Cu-0.3%RE时,合金抗拉强度最高,达210 MPa。当加入0.45%Cu-0.2%RE时,合金导电率最高,达61.6%IACS。
The influence of Cu and rare earth element content on microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy is analyzed by means of optical microscope (OM) , scanning electron microscope ( SEM universal testing machine and electric conductivity meter. The results show that the tensile strength of aluminum alloy increases with the increase of Cu and rare earth elements, but the electrical conductivity increases first and then decreases with the increase of Cu content, and decreases slightly with the increase of the amount of rare earth. The tensile strength of the alloy with 0.35% Cu-0.3% RE is the highest, which is 210 MPa. When the 0.45% Cu-0.2% RE is added, the conductivity of the alloy is the highest, which is 61.6% IACS.
