摘要
针对目前金属钙热还原法制备稀土金属的冶炼渣中稀土回收率低的问题,研究开发了一种从钙热还原稀土冶炼渣中提取稀土的工艺,采用碳酸钠焙烧-酸浸的方法提取渣中的稀土,系统考察了焙烧及酸浸过程中各因素对稀土提取的影响。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,稀土提取率为94.09%。与传统的直接酸浸工艺相比,新工艺极大地提高了渣中稀土的提取率。
A technology of sodium carbonate roasting-acid leaching was proposed to solve the current disadvantage of low recovering efficiency in the Rare Earth smelting slag which comes from the Rare Earth smelting slag of calcium thermal reduction. The effects of various factors during roasting and acid leaching process on the extraction of Rare Earth were systematically evaluated. The results show that the leaching efficiency of Rare Earth elements (REEs) is 94.09% under the best conditions. Compared with traditional direct acid dipping technology, the extraction efficiency of Rare Earth in slag can be greatly improved.
