摘要
采用低温冶炼工艺,利用氨浸渣和钼酸钙渣两种含钼工业废渣直接还原冶炼钼铁。研究了熔炼温度对MoFe合金中C、P、S、Si、Cu等杂质元素含量的影响。结果表明,熔炼温度为1 500℃时,MoFe合金中杂质元素含量均符合国标GB/T 3649—2008要求。
MoFe was prepared by using direct reduction process under lower temperature with ammonia leach residue and calcium-molybdate two kinds of industrial waste as raw materials. The effect of melting temperature on the content of C, P, S, Si, Cu and other impurity elements in MoFe alloy was studied. The results show that all of the impurity elements in line with the corresponding requirements of GB/T 3649--2008 when the melting temperature is 1 500 ℃.
