我国再生铜产业污染排放识别与绿色升级对策 被引量:7

The Identification of Pollution Emission for China's Secondary Copper Industry and Upgrading Green Countermeasures

摘要 近年来我国再生铜产业的技术装备水平取得了较大进步,但环保治理能力距离绿色发展要求仍存在一定差距。通过分析我国再生铜产业的现状及再生原料的来源及特点,识别了二次铜资源回收利用过程主要污染物排放的节点环节,明晰了气体、液体和固体污染物的形成机制,提出了加快绿色再生科技研发的主题方向,以及对强化产业标准体系建设与监管、完善形成系统的产业政策指引、培育绿色发展长效机制等方面的对策建议。 Technologies and equipment in secondary copper industry in China have made great progress in recent years. However, there is still existing a gap between capabilities of environmental protection measures and demand of green development. In this paper, the status quo of secondary copper industry and the sources and characteristics of recycled materials in China were analyzed. In addition, the discharges of main pollutants in recycling process of secondary copper resources were identified. A formation mechanism among gas, liquid and solid pollutants was clarified. The theme direction of accelerating researches and developments of green renewable technologies was also proposed. Moreover, strategies and proposals in respect to the enhancement of constructions and supervision of industry standard systems, improvement of industry policies guidance in forming system, cultivation of long-term mechanisms of green development were suggested.
