摘要
在媒体融合的大背景下,电视节目文件化网络化制作已经成为主流,天气预报节目基于磁带录制的生产方式已经无法满足业务需求。本文从天气预报节目文件化制作的需求出发,简要介绍天气预报节目文件化制作管理系统的设计思路、系统功能、实现效果。
Under the background of media convergence, the production of TV programs has become documented and networked. The production of weather forecast program based on tape recording has been unable to meet the business requirement. This paper introduces the weather forecast program production and management system based on file, including design idea, system function and implementation effect.
