本文探讨了智能化运维系统的建设,主要从系统的整体分析、建设的总体要求、技术框架、系统的建设要点等方面进行了论述,该系统建成后它将实现传统运维系统无法实现的功能,通过给运维人员装配智能化装维专用PDA终端,实现软、硬结合,可以实现对企业运维工作自由掌控,有效推进北方广电网络公司大运维体制改革,支撑运维组织推向扁平化。

This paper discusses the construction of intelligent handheld operation and maintenance system, mainly from the system analysis, the overall construction requirements, system framework and key points of construction. After the implementation, it will achieve the functions which the traditional operation system could not achieve. Through the special PDA terminal, the operation staff could freely control the enterprise operation and maintenance based on the combination of software and hardware. Then the operation and maintenance structural reform of Northern United Broadcasting Television Network Co. Ltd. could be effectively push forward, and its organization goes to be flat.
