This paper brings forward the theory of Technological micro-innovation to the satellite earth station which is the critical department of safe broadcasting, in order to implement technology upgrading and project development. With the help of this platform, earth station perfects the technical system for better broadcasting. At the same time, it consolidates the team and improves the creativity, research and development capability.
