黄杏润肠片治疗老年慢性功能性便秘临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Chronic Functional Constipation in Elderly People Treated with Huangxing Runchang Tablets

目的：观察黄杏润肠片治疗老年慢性功能性便秘（CFC）的临床疗效。方法：采用随机数字表法将120例符合CFC诊断标准的老年患者分为黄杏组和麻仁组各60例。黄杏组予黄杏润肠片治疗,麻仁组予麻仁软胶囊治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后及疗程结束后一个月观察患者排便时肛门梗阻感、排便未尽感、排便费力感、排便频率、单次排便时间、粪便性状等指标并进行症状积分比较,评价其临床疗效。结果：疗程结束时（14 d）黄杏组的总有效率为94.9%,高于麻仁组的83.9%（P〈0.05）;各观察指标的症状积分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且黄杏组排便未尽感的症状积分与麻仁组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。疗程结束后1个月进行随访,黄杏组各症状积分均低于麻仁组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：黄杏润肠片用于老年CFC的治疗安全有效。

Objective：To observe the effect of Huangxing Runchang tablets in the treatment of chronic functional constipation（CFC） in elderly people. Methods：There were 120 elderly patients meeting the diagnosis criteria divided into Huangxing group and Maren group using random number tables,60 patients in each group. The Huangxing group was treated with Huangxing Runchang tablets,and the Maren group with Maren capsules. Before treatment,after treatment,and 1 month after treatment,the sense of anal obstruction,endless sensation of defecation,difficulty degree of defecation,defecation frequency,defecation duration and other indexes were observed and the symptom scores were compared,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results：After the treatment（14 d）,the total effective rate was 94.9% and 83.9% in the Huangxing group and Maren group,respectively,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. After the treatment,symptom scores showed difference with statistical significance in both groups（P〈0.01）,and the score of endless sensation of defecation in the Huangxing group was obviously lower than that in the Maren group（P〈0.01）. One month after the treatment,in the follow-up all the symptom scores in the Huangxing group were lower than those in the Maren group with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Huangxing Runchang tablets for the treatment of CFC in elderly people show good effect and high safety.
