平流层飞艇蒙皮材料制备工艺研究

摘要 平流层飞艇用蒙皮材料采用多层复合结构,包括承力层、阻氦层、耐环境和气候层以及各功能层之间的胶粘层。其制备工艺中膜材与膜材的复合,相对容易一些。膜材与纤维布的复合是一个难点,本文重点研究平流层飞艇蒙皮材料膜材与承力层纤维布之间的复合工艺。通过调整设备工艺参数,成功制备出了满足一般平流层飞艇性能要求的蒙皮材料卷材产品。 Envelope materials for stratospheric airship uses a multilayer composite structure, which comprises a bearing layer, a helium gas barrier layer, a resistance environment and climate layer and a layer of adhesive layer between each functional layer. In the preparation process, the composite of the film material and the film material is relatively easy. The composite of film material and fiber cloth is a difficult point This paper focuses on the composite technology between the film material and the bearing layer fiber cloth. By adjusting the process parameters of the equipment, the product of long coil which can meet the performance requirements of the general stratospheric airship was successfully prepared.
