基层疾控档案管理信息化建设探讨

Discussion on the information construction of the file management of the grass-roots level CDC

本文以市疾控中心档案信息化建设资料为基础,从档案信息化建设的必要性、基本思路(包括系统建设、条码管理、条码扫描枪等方面)以及中心档案信息化建设中取得一些成绩、存在的疑问和难点问题入手,对市疾控中心档案信息化建设和管理进行了初步探讨,认为随着时代发展,信息技术的不断进步,作为记录疾控日常所有工作的载体,电子档案已经成为目前疾控档案的主流,并且发挥的作用愈加重要,因而档案管理的信息化势在必行。而疾控信息化进程中,档案信息管理系统从研发到运行过程中,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也存在许多疑问和难以处理的问题,对此进行初步分析总结可以给后续系统的应用提供借鉴,也有利于疾控档案管理信息化的长远发展。

B ased on the information construction data of the city CDC archives,from the necessity of archives information construction,the basic train of thought（including the system construction,bar code management,bar code scanning guns,etc） and some achievements,existence questions and difficult problems in the construction of archives informatization center,this paper discusses the information construction and management of the city CDC archives. With the development of the times and advances in information technology,as a carrier for recording all daily work,electronic files have become the mainstream of the current CDC archives,playing an increasingly important role. Therefore,the informationization of archives management is imperative. In the process of disease control informatization,we have got a certain grade on archive information management system from research and development to operation process,but there are also many questions and problems,the preliminary analysis can provide reference for the application of the following system,it is also beneficial to the long-term development of the informatization of disease control archives management.
