摘要
目的:研究社会办医政策演变历史,讨论现有政策和管理中的一些问题,进一步提出建议,以促进国内社会办医健康有序的发展。方法:对社会办医政策及其演变历史进行研究与分析。结果:将1980年至今的社会办医政策分为初步开放、鼓励发展、分类管理和监管强化4个阶段,现在处于强化监管阶段。结论:政府应加强社会办医政策的宣传推广力度,完善政策法规并强化政策执行力度。
Objectives： Based on analysis the evolution of private sector participating in healthcare industry policy in China to find out problems in policy making and management and give some recommendations for further promoting private sector participating in healthcare industry healthy development. Methods： The evolution of private sector participating in healthcare industry policy in China were analyzed, Results： The private sector participating in healthcare industry policy in China can be divided into 4 stages named primary development, encouragement, classification management and enhance supervision since 1980. Nowadays, it is in the stage of enhance supervision. Conclusions： It is considered to strengthen the policy making, awareness and the implementation of private sector participating in healthcare industry policy.
