Effectiveness and thoughts on tight conjoint medical alliance in county

医疗联合体协同服务机制在当前医疗卫生环境下具有重要意义,国内各地相继开展有关探索并取得了一些成绩。2013年起,在江苏省常州市武进区卫生计生局的牵头下,武进在医疗集团的基础上,积极探索紧密型医疗联合体,在构建模式、管理形式、利益分配等方面做了许多大胆的尝试和探索,取得了显著成效。近两年来,分别通过组建分院、一体化管理、成立医疗合作中心的模式,成为江苏省紧密型医疗联合体的先行者和具体实践者。

Medical alliance coordinated provision medical care has got important role under current environment and many places have carried out pilot study and got some effectiveness. With the support of Wujin health and family planning commission in 2013 and on the basis of medical group, tight conjoint medical alliance has been built and carried out a series of reform in aspects of medical alliance mode, management mode and benefit sharing which has got good effectiveness. Wujin has been as a pioneer and practitioner of tight conjoint medical alliance in Jiangsu because of hospital branch and integrated management between medical alliance members reform in the current 2 years.
