摘要
目的:比较不同方法提取断血流对5种菌株的体外抑菌效果。方法:分别用水煎、醇提、丙酮回流提取、超声辅助的提取方法对断血流进行提取,采用试管二倍稀释法分别测定各提取液对5种常见细菌的最小抑菌浓度,并测量抑菌圈直径。结果:各提取液的抑菌效果均有所差异,其中超声方法获得的丙酮提取液抑菌活性最强。结论:超声辅助丙酮提取方法的抑菌效果最好,断血流的其他提取液也有明显的抑菌效果。
Objective： To evaluate the antibacterial activity of different Clinopodii Herba extracts against five bacterias in vitro. Methods ： Extracting the active compounds by the method of water extracting, alcohol re- flux extraction, acetone reflux, ultrasonic synergistic extraction, and investigating the bacteriostatic activity of 5 bacteria strains commonly using tube broth methods and measured bacteriostatic diameters. Results： The bacteri- ostatic activities were different with different extracting methods, and the bacteriostatic activity of Clinopodii Her- ha ultrasonic synergistic extraction was the most significant. Conclusion： The antibacterial activity of Clinopodii Herba by ultrasonic synergistic extraction is the best, the bacteriostatic effects of the other Clinopodii Herba ex- tracts were more significant.
