青海省鼠疫防控工作中的档案管理

The archives management of plague prevention and control in Qinghai Province

为更好地利用鼠疫防控工作中的档案,对今后鼠疫防治和鼠疫流行的预测预报提供方便、快捷、科学而准确的档案材料。本文根据档案内容及结果,以县区为单位建立纸质和电子双重档案,并依托空间信息技术建立青海省鼠疫地理信息系统,对鼠疫监测点档案信息、电子档案实行4级管理。本级可以进行本级的统计分析,上级可以对下级的电子档案实行远程管理和统计分析;鼠疫防治信息库、人间鼠疫疫情信息库、鼠疫科研信息库以科室为单位建立纸质与电子档案,建立的青海省鼠疫防治地理信息系统有效、直观地反映了鼠疫的流行特征和动态趋势,为预防控制鼠疫的传播提供技术支撑。

In order to utilize the archives of plague prevention and control,provide convenient,speedy,scientific and accurate material for the prediction of plague in the future. Based on the information of archives,we established papery and electronic two forms of archives,each county as a unit. Meanwhile,applied spatial information technology to establish Qinghai Province plague geographic information system. We implemented 4 levels management on the electronic archives of plague monitoring sites. The corresponding level could do statistic analysis on its own level. The superior level could do the remote management and statistic analysis on the inferior level＇ s archives. The plague prevention and therapy information database,human plague cases information database and plague scientific information database all had papery and electronic two forms of archives,each department as a unit. The Qinghai Province plague geographic information system effectively and intuitively reflected the plague epidemic characteristics and dynamic tendency,provide technological basis for plague prevention and control.
