2013-2016年江苏省南通市游泳池水微生物检测结果分析 被引量:11

Analysis on microbiological detection of swimming pool in Jiangsu Nantong from 2013 to 2016

摘要 目的了解南通市游泳池水近年来的卫生状况,分析微生物在不同年份、不同类别、不同水区、不同季节的变化规律,为有效预防控制通过游泳池水传播疾病提供依据。方法依据《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》中对细菌总数、大肠菌数进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 2013-2016年共检测游泳池水1 406份,合格1 189份,总合格率为84.57%,细菌总数合格率为85.56%,大肠菌群合格率为92.60%。不同年份间游泳池水合格率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=7.10,P>0.05);不同类别游泳池水合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=187.85,P<0.05);不同水区游泳池水合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=90.92,P<0.05);不同季节游泳池水合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=167.78,P<0.05)。结论南通市2013-2016年游泳池水微生物检测合格率较高,其中小区游泳池水合格率较低;中水区游泳池水合格率较浅水区和深水区略低;秋季游泳池水较其他季节合格率较低。需进一步加强对公共游泳池的监管。 Objective To understand the hygienic status of swimming pool water in Nantong City in recent years,and to understand the changes of microbial among different years,different categories,different water areas and different seasons. The results are analyzed to provide qualified swimming pool water for scientific basis and corrective measures. Methods The specimens were tested according to the colony count and coliform detection method in the"Test Method of Public Health Standards",and the test results were analyzed statistically. Results The total number of swimming pool water specimens was 1 406,and the qualification rate was 84. 57%. The qualification rate of bacteria was 85. 56% and the qualification rate of coliform bacteria was 92. 60%( χ^2=7. 10,P〉0. 05). There was no significant difference in the qualification rate of swimming pool between different groups( χ^2=187. 85,P〈0. 05),and the pool water in different water areas was not statistically significant( χ^2= 7. 10,P〉0. 05)( χ^2=90. 92,P〈0. 05). There was a significant difference in the qualified rate of swimming pool in different seasons( χ^2= 167. 78,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The microbiological detection pass rate of swimming pool in Nantong City is generally high for four years. The qualification rate of community swimming pool is relatively low,and the passing rate of pool water in the middle water area is slightly lower than that in shallow water area and deep water area. The qualification rate of autumn pool water is lower than that of other seasons. And all these above should be imposed supervision by the disease control departments.
