四川省泸州市2016年登革热媒介白纹伊蚊监测结果分析 被引量:6

Analysis of surveillance results for Aedes albopictus as dengue vector in Sichuan Luzhou City in 2016

摘要 目的掌握泸州市白纹伊蚊种群密度指数变动规律及其影响因素,为登革热媒介防控提供依据。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案》执行,幼蚊监测采用布雷图指数法(Breteau index,BI),成蚊监测采用双层叠帐法。结果共调查1 600户,积水数3 328个,其中阳性43个,BI值为2.7,容器指数(Containerindex,CI)为1.29%。4~11月6类生境共捕获8只白纹伊蚊,平均密度为0.25只/(人工·h)。8月密度最大,为0.75只/(人工·h),4、6、11月未捕获到。结论 BI≤5,叮咬指数≤2,提示白纹伊蚊密度较低,登革热媒介传播风险较低。 Objective To investigate the changes in the population density indices of Aedes albopictus an their influential factors in Luzhou City,and to provide a basis for the control of dengue vector. Methods According to the "National vector biological monitoring project",baby mosquito monitoring by Breteau index method( BI),adult mosquitoes monitoring method of double layered account. Results The survey includes a number of 1 600 households and the small scale ponding of 3 328,of which the positive number is 43,BI is 2. 7,the container index( CI) is 1. 29%. 8 Aedes albopictus were captured through April ~ November in 6 kinds of habitats,the average density was 0. 25/person/hour. Among April ~ November,the largest density is August which has reached 0. 75/person/hour and Aedes albopictus were not captured in April,June,November. Conclusion The Breteau index≤5 and the bite index≤2 prompt the low density of Aedes albopictus and the low transmission risk of dengue fever.
