摘要
目的探讨分析火焰原子吸收光谱法和二苯碳酰二肼光度法测定富铬酵母中总铬的方法比较。方法利用干法消解和湿法消解对3份富铬酵母应用两种方法进行分析比较。结果火焰原子吸收光谱法和二苯碳酰二肼光度法分别在0~1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程分别为y=0.7 121x+0.000 943和y=0.0 534x+0.000 229;相关系数为0.9 997和0.9 995;两种方法的精密度在0.32%~0.69%之间,回收率在98.63%~100.15%之间;干法消解t=0.34,P>0.05,湿法消解t=0.72,P>0.05;两种方法测定总铬结果差异无统计学意义。结论两种方法适用于富铬酵母中总铬及高含量铬样品的测定。
Objective To study the method of determination of total chromium in rich chromium yeast by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and diphenyldihydrazine spectrophotometry. Methods The two methods of the application of the two methods were analyzed by dry method digestion and wet digestion. Results The flame atomic absorption spectrometry and diphenyldihydrazine spectrophotometry were good in the range of 0 ~ 1 mg/L,and the linear regression equation was y = 0. 7 121 x +0. 000 943 and y = 0. 0 534 x + 0. 000 229. The correlation coefficient was 0. 9 997 and 0. 9 995. The precision of the two methods was 0. 32% ~ 0. 69%,and the recovery rate was 98. 63% ~ 100. 15%,and the dry method digestion t = 0. 34,P〈0. 05; the method of wet digestion was solved by t = 0. 72,P〈0. 05; The difference between the two methods was not statistically significant. Conclusion the determination of total chromium and high content chromium in rich chromium yeast.
