注册建筑师管理机制规范了建筑师的行为,为建筑活动提供有效依据。为适应新时代行业的发展,需要进一步完善全国注册建筑师管理委员会,改进注册建筑师管理机制。通过对各国(地区)注册建造师管理制度的调研,对比分析得出我国管理机制存在的问题和不足,进而对实施条例,管理机构方面提出改进意见,便于更好的运用管理委员会的技术支持和发挥管理制度的监督管理作用。

To perfect the National Registered Architects Management Committee and improve the registered architects management mechanism. Through the investigation of the registered construction division management systems in various countries （regions）, the problems and deficiencies in the management mechanism of our country can be obtained through comparison and analysis. And then put forward suggestions for improving the implementation of the regulations and management agencies, facilitate the better use of the technical support of the management committee and give play m the supervisory role of the management system.
