摘要
简要介绍了国内市场低压母线槽产品现状,分析了绝缘材料、导体电阻率、集肤效应系数、外壳材料、结构等方面对母线槽极限温升的影响,提出母线槽负载率的建议,并对密集绝缘母线槽与电缆进行造价及性能对比,提出工程设计应用低压母线槽的注意事项,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
This paper briefly introduces the domestic market of low-voltage busbar product status, analysis of the insulation material, the conductor resistivity, skin effect coefficient, the shell material ofbusbar temperature rise limit structure etc, put forward the busbar load rate and the suggestion, intensive insulation busbar and cable are compared and cost the performance, put forward the matters needing attention of engineering design application o flow-voltage busbar, in order to provide reference for similar projects.
