摘要
UHPC是具有较高强度的新型混凝土,但其制备方式与养护条件较复杂。为了促进UHPC推广与应用,探究其在自然养护条件下的较佳制备方式,论文进行了实验研究,测试了不同养护条件与制备方式下UHPC的抗压强度,结果表明:(1)自然条件养护下,如能保持UHPC试块的高湿度,仍能得到较高的抗压强度;(2)相比液态减水剂,添加高效固态减水剂能使UHPC试块具有更高的抗压强度;(3)随硅灰掺量增加,UHPC试块抗压强度先增加后减小,取硅灰与水泥比值为30%较好。
UHPC is a new type of concrete with high strength, but its preparation and maintenance are complex. In order to promote the application of UHPC and explore the preparation method under natural conservation conditions, the experimental study was carried out, and compressive strength was tested. The results show that: ( 1 ) Higher humidity in the process of conservation means higher compressive strength of UHPC. (2) Compared with liquid superplasticizer, adding efficien, t solid superplasticizer can make UHPC test block have higher compressive strength. (3) With the increase of silica fume content, UHPC,s compressive strength increases first and then reduces, and the best ratio of silica fume and cement is about 30%.
