摘要
目的了解住院癌症患者对移动健康服务的接受程度、使用评价及需求信息内容,明确移动健康服务改进方向。方法通过目的抽样法,选取某省级肿瘤专科医院的15例癌症患者进行面对面半结构式访谈,应用内容分析法整理分析资料,提炼主题。结果访谈分析提炼出3个主题:癌症患者对移动健康服务信任有限、移动健康服务存在缺陷(互动交流受限、信息安全隐患、搜索技术障碍)、患者需求内容个性化。结论患者愿意使用安全可靠、信息准确、有专业人员支持的移动健康程序,希望获得更具体、准确的促进康复的信息。
Objective To explore the cancer patients'experience of using mobile-heahh service to provide better understanding for future service improvements. Methods A total of 15 cancer patients were recruited from a provincial cancer specialist hospital by purposive sampling. Face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted. Content analysis was used to analyze the data. Results Three themes were extracted including limited trust on mobile-health service,limitations of mobile-health service (little information exchange,potential safety issues,and barriers for information searching),and personalized requirements for mobile-health service. Conclusion Mobile-health services which patients are willing to use should be safe,reliable,and professional. Patients wish to receive more detailed and accurate information from the services.
