摘要
目的探讨护理本科生高仿真模拟教学(high-fidelity simulation,HFS)的学习成效现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表和情境模拟学习成效量表Ⅰ对福州市某高等医学院校的282名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理专业学生参与HFS教学的学习成效得分为(129.50±14.31)分,处于中等水平;多元线性回归分析结果显示护理专业学生的性格特征、对高仿真模拟教学的喜欢程度及是否自愿选择护理专业学习是其高仿真模拟教学学习成效的影响因素,可解释24.8%的变异。结论护理教育者在高仿真模拟教学中要重点关注性格内向、非自愿选择护理专业学习或不喜欢HFS教学的护理专业学生,尝试不断优化课程安排、课程内容、教学设备与资源、评价方式等,从而提高HFS的教学质量和护理专业学生的学习效果。
Objective To investigate the effects and influencing factors of simulation teaching among undergrad- uate nursing students. Methods A total of 282 undergraduate nursing students were recruited from one medical university in Fuzhou,and investigated with general questionnaire and Simulation Learning Effectiveness InventoryⅠ. Results The mean score of high-fidelity simulation(HFS) learning effects was 129.50±14.31 and the score was on the medium level. Multiple regression analysis showed that personality,the degree of loving HFS course and the willingness to choose nursing as a major were influencing factors which contributed to the HFS effects,and it could explain 24.8% of the variance. Conclusion Nursing educators could pay more attention to those students who are introverted,or choose nursing as the major involuntarily or dislike the HFS course. Besides,they also need to opti- mize the course schedule,course contents,teaching resources,and evaluation methods. The teacher can strengthen students' confidence,and improve the observers' positive and initiative. By this way,the effects and teaching quality can be improved to a great extent.
