生物性可吸收缝线在妇产科临床治疗中的应用

Biological absorbable sutures in obstetrics and gynecology clinical application

目的探讨妇产科手术治疗中生物性可吸收缝线的应用价值。方法抽取我院妇产科2016年1月~2016年12月收治的手术患者140例为研究对象,以切口所用缝线分组:对照组(n=70例)采用普通丝线缝合,实验组(n=70例)采用生物性可吸收缝线缝合,观察两组切口愈合情况,并比较两组术后切口相关并发症发生率。结果 (1)实验组甲种切口愈合率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)实验组切口并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)实验组切口疼痛评分、拆线疼痛评分及住院时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科临床治疗中应用生物性可吸收缝线可促进切口愈合,降低并发症发生风险,对促进患者康复具有积极影响。

Objective to study the application value of bioabsorbable suture in the treatment of secondary obstetric surgery. Methods extraction between January 2016 and obstetrics and gynecology hospital treated 140 cases of patients with surgery in December 2016 as the research object, used to incision suture group： the control group（n=70） uses the ordinary silk thread suture, the experimental group（n=70） using biological absorbable sutures, observe the incision healing of the two groups, and compare the two groups of postoperative incision related complications.Results the healing rate of the treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of incisions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The pain score of the incision, the pain score and the hospitalization time were significantly less than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the application of biological absorbable sutures in the obstetrics and gynecology clinical treatment can promote healing of incision, reduce the risk of complications, have positive effect to promote patients recover.
