孕妇过期妊娠不良结局的临床分析及护理措施

Clinical analysis and nursing measures of adverse pregnancy outcome with expired pregnant women

目的观察研究孕妇过期妊娠不良结局的临床表现及护理措施。方法选取2016年4月~2017年7月本院收治过期妊娠孕妇79例,所有患者均符合过期妊娠诊断标准。随机分为观察分析组和对照组。对照组:对过期妊娠孕妇实施常规治疗和护理。观察分析组:在对照组的基础上,实施针对性护理干预,主要包括:心理护理、病房安排、患者信息处理等。结果两组患者治疗后满意度比较,观察分析组满意度(94.88%)明显高于对照组的满意度(85.00%),差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后,对照组不良结局发生率明显高于观察分析组的不良结局发生率,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇过期妊娠不良结局的临床表现进行分析及护理措施干预,可提高患者满意度,降低孕产妇的不良结局发生率,在临床上具有较好的应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical analysis and nursing measures of adverse pregnancy outcome with expired pregnant women. Methods 79 cases of pregnant women were chose from April 2016 to July 2016 in our hospital were expiredpregnancy, all patients were expired pregnancy diagnosis standard,were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group： The expired pregnancy pregnant women with implement routine treatment and nursing.Observationgroup： On the basis of control group, the implementation of targeted nursing intervention, including psychological nursing, patients with room arrangement, information processing, etc. Results Two groups of patients after treatment satisfaction, satisfaction（94.88%） of the observation analysis group was obviously higher than that of control group of satisfaction（85.00%）, significant differences statistically（P〈0.05）;Two groups of patients after treatment, significantlybetter than control group in incidence of adverse outcomes of observation analysis group, incidence of adverse outcomes, significant difference statistically（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of the overdue adverse pregnancy outcomes for the pregnant woman was analyzed and the nursing intervention measures, could improve the patients＇ satisfaction, reduced the incidence of adverse outcomes of maternal and had good application value in clinic.
