地方院校大学生生涯适应力现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analyses on the Career Adaptability of Undergraduates from Local Universities

目的:了解地方院校大学生的生涯适应力水平,为大学生成功就业提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样方法对568名在校地方院校学生进行问卷调查。结果:地方院校大学生的生涯适应力水平居中等发展水平;地方院校大学生生涯适应力水平在性别和年级上存在显著差异;城乡和是否独生子女在生涯关注维度上差异达到显著水平;文史和理工专业大学生在生涯控制维度上差异达到显著水平。结论:地方院校大学生的生涯适应力居中等发展水平,地方院校要加强大学生职业生涯规划教育,从整体上提升大学生生涯适应力水平;地方院校大学生要树立自我导向的职业生涯发展观,为自己的生涯发展负责。

The study aimed to measure the level of college students' career adaptability, and provide implications for the successful employment of college students. Participants were recruited form local colleges, and 568 undergraduates finished the career adaptability questionnaire. The results showed that the level ofundergraduates' career adaptability was medium. There were significant differences between participants with different gender and grade. There were significant differences in career concern between rural students and urban students, and between participants from one-child family and multiple-child family. There were significant differences in career control between undergraduates majoring in liberal arts and science. The level of local colleges students' career adaptability was medium. Local colleges should strengthen the career program education for college students and enhance students' career adaptability.Students in local colleges should establish self-oriented awareness for the career development, and be responsible for their own career development.
