摘要
教师的专业发展是一个复杂的过程,受多种因素的影响。文章选取了梅州市部分小学教师作为访谈和调查对象,以教师的生活史为切入点,分析有哪些关键事件影响他们的发展?教师通过对关键事件的思考,有利于引发他们对已有专业发展的关注与反思。通过探究关键事件,能让教师在面对关键事件时更有效地解决问题,从而促进自己的专业发展。
